With an early career starting in trades, Mat now has more than 18 years working directly in the recruitment industry. He has extensive industry knowledge and experience in leading and developing recruitment teams gained from his professional career as a board member, CEO and National Manager of previous recruitment companies. Mat continues to drive its purpose of connecting people and providing the vehicle for his people to be successful and achieve their life goals.
As Managing Director to one of the most tech-savvy recruitment businesses in Australia, Mat uses his passion and drive for innovation and technology to discover the latest market developments to best enable the Fuse business and consistently improve the recruitment process at all stages; for clients, candidates, consultants, account teams and everyone in between.
