You will ensure that all and any qualification, license, accreditation, visa or work permit that is required to perform in your preferred work is kept current and valid. You will notify us immediately of the outcome on any interview, any offers of work or commencement of employment between you and clients/potential clients that we have arranged. You agree that you will not hold us, our directors, officers, employees or any third party (including referees) liable for any detriment you might suffer from the collection and use of your personal information with our attempts to find you work. You agree that for the purposes of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and Electronic Transactions (Victoria) Act 2000 that this registration may be validated by applying your electronic signature.
