Additionally, you give Fuse Recruitment and its related entities permission to verify your details via internet, social media and reference checking. Fuse Recruitment and its related entities manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. By signing this registration form you are giving permission for Fuse Recruitment and its related entities to keep you on our active database unless otherwise notified by you. We will not arrange for you to attend an interview with a client or prospective client without disclosing to you the relevant information about the position to the extent that which it is known to us and we are at liberty to disclose. We make no representations that the position will be suitable to your requirements or offer any remuneration, benefits or career path that has been expressed or disclosed by you. References that we obtain from 3 rd parties are sometimes given to us or may be obtained on the condition that we observe certain restrictions on the use and disclosure to observe confidentiality.

You represent to the best of your knowledge that you possess the skills, experience, working rights and qualifications described in any document provided to us or at interview. You acknowledge that the References you outline on the documents you provide to us or in other communications with us, are legitimate and, in no way falsified. Your level of fitness and health is suitable for the performance of the inherent requirement of your preferred work and if you knowingly supply false or misleading information, you will not be entitled to compensation or damages under the Worker's Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 for any event that aggravates the non-disclosed pre-existing injury or condition. You will attempt to keep Fuse Recruitment and its related entities up to date with any information that might be relevant for the recruitment activities that it is conducting on your behalf and acknowledge that Fuse Recruitment or its related entities may conduct background checks and verify information via internet, social media or reference checking. You will ensure that all and any qualification, license, accreditation, visa or work permit that is required to perform in your preferred work is kept current and valid. You will notify us immediately of the outcome on any interview, any offers of work or commencement of employment between you and clients/potential clients that we have arranged. You agree that you will not hold us, our directors, officers, employees or any third party (including referees) liable for any detriment you might suffer from the collection and use of your personal information with our attempts to find you work. You agree that for the purposes of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and Electronic Transactions (Victoria) Act 2000 that this registration may be validated by applying your electronic signature.
