Shannon joins Fuse with 6+ years of recruitment experience across FMCG, Manufacturing, and Tech. After honing her skills in labour hire, she moved into Internal Recruitment. Now, she’s ready for new challenges at Fuse.
Shannon joins Fuse with over 6 years Recruitment experience. She commenced in labour hire recruiting across FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction, and Trade Roles. Shannon has recruited White collar, blue collar, Internal and Labour hire. During her time in labour hire she was able to hone the fundamentals of recruiting. After this she had a short break to complete a Music course at JMC College. While studying, she commenced her next role with a startup Tech company. Commencing in the People and Culture team, Shannon quickly moved into the role of Internal Recruiter/Office Manager to expand the business to keep up with its rapid growth.
Moving onto her next challenge, Shannon wanted to join a company that is passionate and understanding. Somewhere she can learn new skills and work alongside people who enjoy coming to work each day and there is no doubt she has found that at Fuse.
