How did we get here?

Being awarded GradAustralia’s ‘Fast Mover’ badge puts our program alongside companies like Apple, Lockheed Martin, the Department of Social Services, and many more.

Fuse has spent the last four years refining the Future Insure Graduate Program to suit both the needs of our clients and graduates, and provide the greatest outcome for both parties.

Last year, our Future Insure Graduate Program was nominated for GradAustralia’s Top 100 Employers. This year we were awarded GradAustralia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers ‘Fast Mover’ badge.

Initially, the program was designed to introduce young talent into the insurance industry and tackle their candidate shortage issue. However, after hearing multiple success stories from our program partners and seeing many of our grads progress their careers further, we expanded our program into our other specialisations: manufacturing, infrastructure and utilities.

Since the beginning of the financial year, Future Insure has consistently outperformed the likes of PwC, TAL Australia, IAG, Allianz and Aon on the GradAustralia platform, up to seven times more than our competitors in application numbers. In fact, we have outperformed expectations as the market has seen a dip year on year in terms of engagement.

Graduates are viewing and applying for our program more than many of the large players in the insurance industry; and we believe this to be contributed to the fact that Future Insure provides graduates access to many opportunities under the one umbrella.

How does GradAustralia rank employers?

GradAustralia recognises top employers by assessing their popularity and program quality.

Nominees must have posted a graduate job or internship on any Prosple site in 2021, had more than five free text searches on GradAustralia, or had their program listed as an employer on another graduate employment site AND recruited or planned to recruit graduates in at least one of the last two years.

Popularity was ranked by score based on google searches for the nominee’s program, searches of their program on GradAustralia and page views on GradAustralia. The lowest score out of the three is disregarded.

GradAustralia looked at Australian graduate reviews on their website, SEEK, Glassdoor and Indeed to assess the quality of a graduate program.
