Meet our newest team member, Aya Inazato!

Aya has come on board as a Recruitment Resourcer to assist the Fuse Manufacturing team. She comes from a Science background and is also experienced in Human Resource Management, where she is able to leverage her qualifications and technical experience.
What is your favourite way to spend the weekend?
Mountain bike riding at Lysterfield Park, then brunch.
What was the best holiday you ever took and why?
My partner and I spent 9 weeks travelling Europe 3 years ago, and our time in Iceland and Finland was by far the best part of the trip getting to experience the Northern Lights, exploring ice caves, snowmobiling and just experiencing a completely different world!
How did you get into recruitment and how long have you been in the industry?
I studied HR and decided to pursue recruitment. I have been in the industry for 2 years.
What did you study and how did you get into recruitment?
I studied Science and HR at uni, which was the perfect pathway into specialised recruitment – and that’s how I found Fuse!
How do you manage your time?
I start by creating a To-Do list for the following day, I then make sure I go over it the next morning and change it around to manage priorities.
What was your first job?
Waitress for a Japanese restaurant!
How do you deal with work stress?
I always make sure I make enough time for my hobbies during the work week and break things up a little.
