As one of the original founders of the business, Matthew has an extensive history in Recruitment, both with Fuse and in prior employment. His roles have included recruiting and branch and national management of operational recruitment teams, as well as executive leadership of the business, focusing on safety and leading our manufacturing channel. He is currently charged with leading the accounts initiative and the infrastructure and utility channel.
His passion for the business, its people and its customers is unparalleled and coupled with his insight on driving value, capabilities and strategic direction, he is best placed to deliver outstanding outcomes for Fuse’s customers and candidates.
Outside of work, Matt is passionate about cricket, coaching multiple junior teams and captaining his local community team. He can also be seen catching a band with his wife or striving to brew the perfect beer.
