When you undertake an internship with us, we'll first take the time to understand what your goals are and what you’re most hoping to learn and achieve through the experience. From there, we’ll create a personalised, structured plan to ensure that you’ll benefit as much as possible from your time with us.
We regularly review this plan to understand how you are progressing in your internship, which helps us tailor the remainder of your placement.
No matter the task, you’ll play a critical role in our teams, and walk away with a new and invaluable experiences.

Working in our Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Adelaide office, you’ll assist the
recruitment team in recruiting for a range of roles in the insurance, wealth

What we’re looking for
Our target intern is studying a university degree in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Sydney, and can commute to their local office. They have a good and confident phone manner, as well as proficient computer skills. They’re available for a minimum of 2 business days per week (though we can accommodate more) and bring a positive and courageous attitude to work!
Some things you’ll learn
In your internship you’ll learn a variety of skills, such as resume and telephone screening and how to interview candidates. You’ll create profiles for candidates, check references, perform police and working rights checks, and participate in sales meetings. You'll work to ensure that the business is compliant, while also gaining experience with industry-leading recruitment software.

In the Recruitment Internship Program, you'll receive exposure to the entire cycle of the recruitment process while working alongside some of the most successful recruitment professionals in the industry. During your 150 contact hours, you'll help provide talent solutions for some of Australia's largest and most well-known companies across a variety of Fuse’s primary industries.

During your internship, our marketing team will work alongside you and help you learn to use a range of marketing programs. You’ll learn to develop visual and written content for our internal communications platform, as well as graphic and video content for social media accounts. You’ll think about how to drive growth across Fuse’s social media accounts, and perform other ad-hoc marketing duties as they arise.

The program is heavily focused on content creation and will be tailored to you, ensuring you build the skills you need in your next marketing role.
