The future doesn’t have to be uncertain
We know how difficult finding a graduate job can be, which is why we’ve created a program that connects you directly with established businesses in need of tertiary-qualified talent. This program is specifically designed to give greater certainty to job-seeking university graduates who may not yet have much industry experience, but are highly driven to succeed with the skills they’ve learned in their studies.
To help you choose your best fit, the Program allows you to meet with several employers to learn about their culture, career prospects, and training and development opportunities. In this way, we ensure that you and your employer will be satisfied over the long-term.
In the Program, you'll also be coached by our recruitment experts throughout the entire process, helping you to prepare for your video interview all the way through to your final interview with our program partners.
Since our program launched in 2018, we've placed more than 250 graduates in their first jobs out of university, with many progressing to senior positions within our program partners' businesses. If you’re interested in joining these successful graduates, apply through our graduate portal today.
